Happy Holidays!
Well, it’s time to get those last minute gifts all wrapped up, and make darn sure that anything you may be re-gifting doesn’t accidentally go back to the person you got it from last year! Also, it is wise to re-gift to people who have no affiliation at all with the person who originally gave you the item, this way you can avoid any chance of the original gift giver spotting said item and putting two and two together.
Christmas is considered a jolly time of year. Sure, many of us act jolly, but many more people are extremely stressed at this time of year. The “giving spirit” is wonderful and can make many of us feel good about life and relationships. But just giving something for the sake of giving doesn’t always do the trick. Isn’t it better to give a gift that you know will mean something to the recipient. Something with a connection, or something that reflects their personality. Something close to their heart.
People make different connections with each other. Those connections can hold secrets to potentially great gift ideas.
And if that fails, just go for fun. There’s always room for a fun and entertaining gag gift or novelty item. The farting Santa doll, the bathroom joke book or The Darwin Awards: Evolution in Action book or something like that. Heck, whoopie cushions are still available and other gag gifts that can have you rolling. Humor always works, so if you can’t go for the heart, go for the funny bone.
