Life is limited, but our enjoyment of it doesn’t have to be. Many of us don’t like to get too deep. But are we limiting ourselves then? No one is perfect, and we’re all a product of evolution. We need to embrace that and learn more about who we are and what we can be, for a more fulfilled life. But I have found a podcast produced by the CDC which should help to explain what the 2009 H1N1 virus [...] I was never one to really worry to much about stuff. I go about my business, take advice from people who know better, and generally trust the opinion those who are smarter than me about certain things, especially when it comes to illness and remedies. Yipe. Feeling tired? Dry, irritating cough? Maybe it’s time to rethink that routine. You could be exposed to harmful bacteria which, in a recent study, have been found to build up in showerheads, only to be sprayed into the air with that blast of once refreshing shower water. It’s great that science is observing more modern examples of natural selection. Cool stuff. When I spy on Saturn through my amateur telescope I’m left breathless by the notion that I’m watching something so far away. Millions and millions of miles distant. When I see images resolved by professionals, with bigger cameras, and bigger scopes, I’m amazed. In the current real estate slump, many homeowners and even some good intentioned, yet misled, realtors are turning to superstition to help sell homes. Namely, burying a St. Joseph Statue in the yard. There are even kits available online. It’s baloney! |
